We perform a comprehensive review and analysis of your

The following is a high level description of our program.
Step 1: Pre-Discovery Meeting
We will hold a pre-discovery conference call to discuss

process. We also talk about your business, people, goals,
challenges, current sales issues and market gaps. We
will submit to you a detailed sales improvement best
practices questionnaire and answer sheet covering over
60 sales improvement best practice topics.
Step 2: Assessment Development
When the questionnaire answer sheet has been delivered
